Returns

Should you be unhappy with anything you buy from Locust.com, you have fourteen (14) days to return an item for a full refund of the product. In cases where a product is defective, damaged during shipping, just ship it back and we will send you a replacement or provide you with a full credit.

You are responsible for the products safe arrival at the return destination. For this reason, we highly recommend that you attain a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product is lost during transit. Both of these services are available from the post office or any carriers. We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your account is credited for the return. Please be prepared to provide Locust.com with the order number from your packing slip when you email us. Note that we do not accept returns on customized products; with the exception of product defects.

Before returning a product please follow the instructions below for the product return procedure: Please repack the goods securely using a trustworthy packaging and proper label it with ship to and return address. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office or shipping company and obtain proof of postage/shipping. Please allow 1 week after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. Allow a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Please retain your proof of shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost of goods in transit.
