Should you be unhappy with anything you buy from Locust.com, you have fourteen (14) days to return an item for a full refund. In cases where a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you have received the wrong product, just ship it back and we will send you a new one or provide you with a credit. In the case that you are simply not satisfied, with the product(s) that you have purchased it is your responsibility to make sure the product is returned to Locust.com.
You are also responsible for its safe arrival at the return destination. For this reason, we highly recommend that you attain a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product is lost in transit. Both of these services are available from the Post Office as well as from other shipping companies. We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your account is credited for the return. Please be prepared to provide Locust.com with the order number from your packing slip when you email us. Note that we do not accept returns on Locust customized products; with the exception of manufacturing defects.

Before returning a product, we require a "Return Authorization" number (RA#). We cannot issue any refunds or authorize any exchanges without an RA number. To arrange for a refund, contact our Customer Service specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org, state the reason for your return request, and ask for an RA number by e-mail. You will be e-mailed with an RA and instructions on returning your package. If you return your purchase, please keep in mind: Any credit card refunds will be processed on the credit card used from the original purchase.

Please repack the goods securely using a trustworthy packaging kit and include your address and the RA number that you have received from Locust customer service. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office or shipping company and obtain proof of postage/shipping. Please allow 2 weeks after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will give you a full refund or send you a brand new product (shipping not included). Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made. Please retain your proof of shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
